It has been way too long since the last Portland trip and thanks to the Taste of Walla Walla Portland last weekend, we had a great excuse to go. As wineries- TERO Estates and Flying Trout have never been represented in Portland and this was our first dip in the waters- and a loved dip at that.
Lots and lots of food was consumed by yours truly- some of it distinguishable and recognizable, but much of it… not. Portland’s restaurant scene is phenomenal, avant garde and the result of a lot of passion- all reasons for our excitement about being a part of it.
Our first exploratory visit was a great success, meeting with all sorts of great people and we hope to have our wines in all sorts of convenient and yummy locations for our new Portland friends.
As for the Taste of Walla Walla, Portland, the event was fantastic and we can’t wait to go back sometime very soon.
